If a product you
have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do
our best to contact you immediately and provide you with
the status of that particular item. Anticipated delivery
dates are dependent upon our suppliers, shippers and
other factors beyond our control, and are subject to
If an item is marked as "Special Order", this means that we don't currently have this item on our shelves, but we can normally get it from our distributors. Since it usually takes a certain number of business days for us to get these items delivered to us (depending on the distributor), we then ship them out immediately after they arrive. Normally within 5-7 Business Days. Special ordering allows us to expand our inventory, giving you even more things to buy at our low prices, without us having to physically stock these items on our shelves.
NOTE: Just because you purchase a Special Order item does NOT mean that they are guaranteed to be in stock. Sometimes the distributor is currently out of Special Order items and it's on backorder with them as well. If this is the case, and you happen to purchase something on Special Order that will not be available to us within the predefined number of business days, we will let you know immediately by email** . If the Special Order item that you bought is on backorder and you don't want to wait for it, we will refund that amount back to you. Otherwise, we will ship it out as soon as it comes in stock.
If you would like to know ahead of time whether or not a special order item
is going to be in stock before you purchase it,
** If you happen to order a mixture of In Stock and Special Order items,
then your total order will ship as soon as your Special Order items arrive. This
way, shipping costs are minimized and we only have to ship one package out.
We want to make that clear. If you order something that normally ships
within 24-48 hours, but you also have a Special Order item in your order (which
ships within a specified number of business days), then your total order will
ship within that many days, including your in stock item.
We keep our prices very competitive by

M&R Games accepts payment via the following authorized

cleared. Terms of payment for large volume orders are determined on a
case-by-case basis and are subject to change at the discretion of M&R Games.
M&R Games ships USPS (United
States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx. Orders received by
12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (Monday-Friday), will normally be shipped the same business day
(see shipping times below); Weekends and Holidays the next business day.
Our Pick up times from these shippers are: FedEx 10:00 am -- USPS 2:00 pm -- UPS 3:30 pm (All Pacific Time)
In the event of any
shipping delays or any other issues by these two shippers, M&R Games reserves
the right to substitute another shipper, normally FedEx to deliver the order (no
adjustments to shipping charges will be made).
IMPORTANT: Once your package is picked up by the shipper of your choice, M&R Games LLC has absolutely NO control over it. We likewise have no control over customs inspections, fees, taxes or any other delays in shipping. Problems with shipments must therefore be directed to the shipper. Customers will receive shipping information (USPS, UPS or Fed EX), after their order is competed and shipped, showing tracking numbers and with UPS or FED EX the expected delivery time indicated by these shipper. USPS does not always provide an estimated shipping date.
ORDER/SHIPPING STATUS: You can check the
status of your order, while it is being prepared by us, by clicking the "CHECK ORDER STATUS" button found on the
left side of each page, and entering your "order number".
Product Returns - If you have discovered that your
item is defective, within ten (10) days of receipt of our shipment,
you may return the item, with all the original
packaging, to M&R Games. Please include a copy of your
original sales invoice; a note stating the specific
problem; and specify whether you would like a
refund* of the purchase price
(minus shipping) or if you would like M&R Games to send
a replacement. Magic and Software orders are not
eligible for a refund; but we will exchange the
defective product with an identical item.
Product Returns - If you are not happy with any of
our products (excluding magic and software) for any
reason you may return the item for a
refund* of the purchase price (minus shipping)
within thirty (30) days of receipt.
All returns of non-defective merchandise for
or exchange are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Non-defective products must be returned in its original
condition, with the original packaging and a copy of the
original sales invoice.

Warranty does not cover customer abuse, neglect, or improper installation of the product, or any acts of nature.
Some products may classified as "Collectors Items" and may have been
manufactured many years ago. We are able to obtain these types of products
from companies that are going out of business or have found them stored in
warehouses. We verify that all of these products are original and in most
cases in there original boxes but cannot be responsible for batteries that came
with the original product.
