Q: Can
I order more than one file at a
time?
A: Yes. You can add as many product and download files to the shopping
cart as you wish. After you have successfully completed your order, a download
link for each file will display.
Q: How long do I have to download the file after I place my order?
A: You have 72 hours to download your file.
Q: After I click the download link, can I open
the file or save it?
A: After you click on the download link it cannot be
controlled by the shopping cart. Your operating system and file extension
settings determine how a web browser reacts when opening a file. For
example, clicking on a ".zip" file from your web browser may cause an "open or
save as" box to display but someone else's computer/browser may be set up to
auto open ".zip" files. Either way, the download works but it's something to
keep in mind for your browser.
Q: Can I download the file more than once?
A: You are limited to one download for each order.
