PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

M&R Games is committed to offering competitive prices and most accurate product information available to our customers. Due to our competitive pricing and the rapid turnover of many items presented on our site, the listing of a particular item or an accessory does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. 

If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to contact you immediately and provide you with the status of that particular item. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers, shippers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

If an item is marked as "Special Order", this means that we don't currently have this item on our shelves, but we can normally get it from our distributors. Since it usually takes a certain number of business days for us to get these items delivered to us (depending on the distributor), we then ship them out immediately after they arrive. Normally within 5-7 Business Days. Special ordering allows us to expand our inventory, giving you even more things to buy at our low prices, without us having to physically stock these items on our shelves.

NOTE: Just because you purchase a Special Order item does NOT mean that they are guaranteed to be in stock. Sometimes the distributor is currently out of Special Order items and it's on backorder with them as well. If this is the case, and you happen to purchase something on Special Order that will not be available to us within the predefined number of business days, we will let you know immediately by email** . If the Special Order item that you bought is on backorder and you don't want to wait for it, we will refund that amount back to you. Otherwise, we will ship it out as soon as it comes in stock.

** If you happen to order a mixture of In Stock and Special Order items, then your total order will ship as soon as your Special Order items arrive. This way, shipping costs are minimized and we only have to ship one package out. We want to make that clear. If you order something that normally ships within 24-48 hours, but you also have a Special Order item in your order (which ships within a specified number of business days), then your total order will ship within that many days, including your in stock item.

PAYMENT METHODS:    

CREDIT CARDS: M&R Games accepts payment via the following authorized Credit Cards:  VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

Please be advised we require an EXACT Billing Address in order to fulfill all CREDIT CARD orders. All prices quoted on the www.mandrgames.com website are quoted in U.S. currency and all orders must be transacted in the same.

PAY PAL:
As a PayPal verified member, we have successfully completed PayPal's verification system to establish our identity with them. The verification process also means that M&R Games has a confirmed a bank account with PayPal. 
NOTE: You must supply your phone number for International Shipments.

CHECKS:

Cashier's Checks or Money Orders or Personal or Business Checks, denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. Bank. Orders will not be shipped until our bank determines that checks have cleared. Terms of payment for large volume orders are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to change at the discretion of M&R Games.

SHIPPING METHODS & INFORMATION:     USPS Homepage       UPS        

M&R Games ships USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx.  Orders received by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (Monday-Friday), will normally be shipped the same business day (see shipping times below); Weekends and Holidays the next business day.
Please note the pickup times below from our shippers.

Our Pick up times from these shippers are: FedEx 10:00 am  -- USPS 2:00 pm -- UPS 3:30 pm  (All Pacific Time)

In the event of any shipping delays or any other issues by these two shippers, M&R Games reserves the right to substitute another shipper, normally FedEx to deliver the order (no adjustments to shipping charges will be made).

Your Responsibility: At the time of placing your order, you are required to select your shipping preference (USPS or UPS or FedEx).  Shipping charges are automatically calculated by these shippers based on: (1) total weight of the order, and (2) the delivery location (business or residential) from our headquarters in Sunriver, Oregon, plus a small handling fee. NOTE: Foreign shipments may require you to pay additional fees or taxes collected at your shipping destination, for which M&R Games has no control over and is unable to calculate. We recommend you consider using the USPS for International Shipping.
NOTE: You must supply your phone number for International Shipments.

SPECIAL NOTE: Due to high rates of fraudulent activity, any credit card purchase made from the United States going to an International location may not be processed unless we get a digital copy of your credit card sent to us. If you fall under that category, feel free to contact us first before making your purchase.

IMPORTANT: Once your package is picked up by the shipper of your choice, M&R Games LLC has absolutely NO control over it. We likewise have no control over customs inspections, fees, taxes or any other delays in shipping. Problems with shipments must therefore be directed to the shipper. Customers will receive shipping information (USPS, UPS or Fed EX), after their order is competed and shipped, showing tracking numbers and with UPS or FED EX the expected delivery time indicated by these shipper.  USPS does not always provide an estimated shipping date.

ORDER/SHIPPING STATUS: You can check the status of your order, while it is being prepared by us, by clicking the "CHECK ORDER STATUS" button found on the left side of each page, and entering your "order number".

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Defective Product Returns - If you have discovered that your item is defective, within ten (10) days of receipt of our shipment, you may return the item, with all the original packaging, to M&R Games. Please include a copy of your original sales invoice; a note stating the specific problem; and specify whether you would like a refund* of the purchase price (minus shipping) or if you would like M&R Games to send a replacement.  Magic and Software orders are not eligible for a refund; but we will exchange the defective product with an identical item. 
PLEASE NOTE: Installation or use of any of our products are at your own risk. M&R Games is not liable for any damages caused by our products.  Defective items, due to what M&R Games deems customer negligence or failure to follow any instructions provided pertaining to the product or program is not covered under this return policy.

Non-Defective Product Returns - If you are not happy with any of our products (excluding magic and software) for any reason you may return the item for a refund* of the purchase price (minus shipping) within thirty (30) days of receiptAll returns of non-defective merchandise for refund* or exchange are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.  Non-defective products must be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging and a copy of the original sales invoice. 

MAGIC ITEMS:
Like all magic shops, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any magic prop, trick, video, DVD, book, or other item. We sell secrets. Once the item is in your hands, it's impossible to return the secret! After you receive your order please read all instructions carefully "BEFORE" you try to use or perform the trick, to avoid mishandling it and/or breaking it.
M&R Games LLC is not responsible for any misuse or injury that may occur due to carelessness on the part of the performer.

USED merchandise (over 30 days from our Shipping Date) cannot be returned and if returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will not be returned to you.

WARRANTY POLICY:

All products are warranted for thirty (30) days unless specified otherwise. For warranty replacements, simply ship the item back to  M&R Games at the address above, along with a description of the specific problem. Warranty replacements may take up to ten (10) business days to process, from the date of receipt at our headquarters. If M&R Games is out-of-stock on the item, M&R Games will be happy to replace it with an equivalent product or issue an in-store credit. Warranty does not cover customer abuse, neglect, or improper installation of the product, or any acts of nature.

Some products may classified as "Collectors Items" and may have been manufactured many years ago.  We are able to obtain these types of products from companies that are going out of business or have found them stored in warehouses.  We verify that all of these products are original and in most cases in there original boxes but cannot be responsible for batteries that came with the original product.

PLEASE NOTE: Installation or use of any of our products are at your own risk.  M&R Games is not liable for any damages caused by the products we sell.  Damages, due to what M&R Games deems as customer negligence, are not covered under this warranty.
